The Office of Public Relations at Uttara University functions as the principal intermediary between the institution and its various stakeholders. Its objectives are to cultivate favourable connections, increase the institution's prominence, and endorse its mission and accomplishments. By upholding principles of openness, professionalism, and efficient correspondence, our office assumes a pivotal function in constructing and preserving the reputation and brand identity of the university.

The primary aim of our office is to effectively oversee and augment the university's public perception and standing. Our office actively fosters favourable connections with community organisations, media outlets, alumni, donors, and other significant stakeholders in order to facilitate the effective communication and recognition of Uttara University's achievements, initiatives, and contributions.

The Office of Public Relations assumes a diverse array of primary duties, which comprise crisis communication, event coordination, media relations, and content creation. By coordinating media events, responding to press inquiries, and issuing press releases, we ensure that university news and events are covered accurately and in a timely manner. We fulfil the role of the university's official spokesperson.

In addition, the management of the university's communication channels and digital presence, including the newsletters, social media platforms, and website, falls under the purview of our office. Our objective is to produce compelling and enlightening material that effectively communicates the university's accomplishments, underscores its influence on the local community, and actively involves stakeholders.

Internal engagement and communication are additional responsibilities of the Office of Public Relations, which is in addition to its external communication endeavours. In order to maintain consistency in messaging and branding, facilitate communication between university leadership and the campus community, and foster a culture of openness and inclusiveness, we maintain close partnerships with university departments and units.
