Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar serves as the core of all academic and administrative activities of the university and upholds integrity through its services. The Registrar's Office ensures that all academic and administrative activities are being operated in accordance with the Private University Act-2010. The Registrar's Office plays a vital role by making arrangement and conducting the Academic Council meetings, Finance Committee meetings, Syndicate meetings and all other statutory committee meetings on a regular basis and ensures necessary approval of all academic and administrative matters, proposals, etc. from the appropriate authority of the university and also maintains related records. The registrar maintains liaison with the Ministry of Education, UGC and other Govt. and non-Govt. organizations on a regular basis.

The Registrar's Office also deals with various HR and administration related issues of the university including employee recruitment, promotion, employee management, etc. This office issues all types of Notices, Letters, Memorandum, Office Orders, Circulars etc. on a regular basis and as per requirements. It is responsible for preserving all the essential documents and files of the university. The Registrar's Office also maintains all the employee records into the ERP system of the university and is actively involved in organizing Convocation Programs of the university.

The Registrar's Office has an Admission, Records and Registration Unit which is the first point of contact for the enrolled students with all their queries and issues. Their problems are resolved either directly by this office, or by forwarding them to the concerned offices after consultation with the students. All student-records are regularly maintained, updated, and verified by this office. Scheduling classes and updating the academic calendar fall under the purview of this office. This unit issues students’ ID cards.

The key responsibilities of the Admissions, Records & Registration Unit encompass a wide range of functions, including admissions processing, student enrollment, academic record maintenance, and registration support. We work diligently to ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records, while also providing timely and efficient support to students, faculty, and staff.

Furthermore, our unit is responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and regulations related to admissions, records management, and registration processes. We collaborate closely with academic departments, administrative units, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with university policies, accreditation standards, and government regulations.

In addition to our administrative functions, the Admissions, Records & Registration Unit plays a vital role in supporting academic planning and decision-making. We provide data and analysis to university leadership, faculty, and staff to inform enrollment management, program development, and strategic initiatives.
