The Office of External Affairs (OEA), in collaboration with Genuine Technology Ltd., organized a seminar titled “Free Professional Certification Course for UU Students” on 12 May 2025. Over 300 outgoing students from various departments participated in the event.

Dr. Soeb Md Shoayeb Noman, Associate Professor and Director of the BBA Program, delivered the opening speech, emphasizing the importance of practical skills in modern business environments.

The seminar focused on hands-on training in: Accounts & Finance, Inventory Management, HR & Payroll Software, Supply Chain Management.

Representatives from Team GTR discussed the value of software-based learning and announced potential job opportunities for participants upon completing a 15-day training program.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Kazi Tareq Ullah, Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Business, who highlighted the need for technology-driven skill development.
