The Center for Research & Training (CRT) and the Institutional Ranking Cell (IRC) successfully jointly conducted a seminar on “Innovation Ideas for WURI Ranking 2025” on October 24, 2024 at the Multipurpose Hall, UU. The event attracted a diverse audience of faculty, students, and administrative staff, all eager to engage in discussions about enhancing the university’s global standing.
The seminar featured esteemed speakers, including Prof. Dr. Md. Mijanur Rahman, Dean of the School of Science & Engineering and Director of CRT, who emphasized the significance of innovation in academic settings. Prof. Dr. AHM Saifullah Sadi, Associate Dean of the School of Science & Engineering and Director of IT, shared insights on integrating technology and research to drive institutional advancement. Dr. Md. Masudul Hasan, Associate Professor of the Department of English and Proctor at UU, highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in fostering creative solutions.
The seminar provided a collaborative space for participants to exchange ideas and strategies to improve the university’s performance in the WURI rankings.
