All concerned may kindly be informed that the Department of Secondary and Higher Education, Ministry of Education on the above subject and source is hereby sent. It has been decided to implement the program (copy attached) in the educational institutions under the secondary and higher education department for the implementation of month-long Youth Festival in coordination with Bangladesh Premier League-2025 (BPL) in order to implement the stimulating declaration of the Honorable Chief Adviser-“Eso Desh Badlai, Prithibh Badlai”.

In such a situation, the secondary and higher education department is informed by taking the action plan for the proper implementation of the decisions (where applicable) as per the instructions of the said letter and is requested to take the necessary measures after its implementation.
