This is for information of all concerned that the 9th Convocation 2025 of Uttara University will be held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka on Saturday, 25 January 2025 at 10:00 AM. The rehearsal of the Convocation will be held from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM on the day of the convocation at the Hall of Fame of BICC.

In order to make the convocation ceremony a success, the invited students, teachers, officials and staff are requested to be present at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center by 8:30 AM with the invitation letter. All the students, teachers and officials who are interested in going to the venue from Uttara are requested to be present at the Gate Number 3, Rajuk Uttara Model College, Sector 6, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM.

During the convocation ceremony, mobile phones, cameras and electronic devices are completely prohibited from entering the ‘Hall of Fame’. Therefore, it is requested not to bring any electronic devices with anyone to the ‘Hall of Fame’.

After the 1st Session of the convocation program, lunch will be served from 1:30 PM. Students, teachers and officials are requested to collect food by standing in the queue by showing their food coupons and to complete the meal by 2:00 PM and take their seats in the convocation hall by 2.30 PM.

Cooperation of the students, teachers, officials and staff of this university is sought to make the convocation ceremony a grand success.
