The twenty-first research colloquium of the School of Business was held on July 23, 2022 Saturday in IQAC Seminar Hall at 2:00 PM. Assistant Professor Rashed Mahmud Shakil, Dept. of Business Administration was the speaker. Mr. Shakil spoke on “The effect of strategic HR roles on the relationship between line managers’ involvement factors in HR initiatives and HR competency”. He focused on human resource competencies at private commercial banks in Bangladesh. All faculty members of the Department were present. Md. Azmol Hossain, the moderator of the Research Club, played an active role to organize the colloquium. Professor Dr. ASM Shahabuddin, School of Business will be the speaker at the next colloquium which will be held on August 20, 2022, Saturday.
