Important Instructions for applicants:
আবেদনকারীদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনাবলি :

For the both main and set B exams, the same admit card will be granted.
However, if you have participated in the main examination only with the permission letter, you must collect the
admit card or valid permit for the set B examination, otherwise you will not be able to participate in the examination.

হবে নচেৎ পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেনা। )

A student can apply for a maximum of two courses for the Set-B examination. If you have more than one course,
you have to fill up this form again for that course.

To appear in the Final Term Set-B exam, students must mention the reason, and need to pay a registration fee.
However, if two exams are done at the same time and its authenticity is proved, no fee will be deducted.
(Registration fee for each course 1000).
মিড টার্ম সেট এক্সাম ফী বাবত প্রতি কোর্সের জন্য ১০০০ টাকা আপনার একাউন্ট থেকে কর্তন করা হবে তবে যদি
একই সময়ে দুই পরীক্ষা হয়ে থাকে এবং এর সত্যতা প্রমাণিত হয় তবে কোনও ফি কর্তিত হবে না ।

Students must inform his/her course teacher of his/her Set-B exam over the phone or by sending an Email
mentioning his/her name, ID, batch & section and course code.
[ সেট-B এক্সাম দেয়া নিশ্চিৎ হলে মূল পরীক্ষা শেষ হবার পরই কোর্স টিচার কে ফোন করে ও ইমেইল এর মাধ্যমে নিজের
নাম, আইডি, ব্যাচ, সেকশন, কোর্স কোড উল্লেখ করে সেট-B এক্সামের বিষয়টি অবশ্যই অবহিত করবে ]

Students must write course code, course title, batch & section and course teacher name in the form accurately.

Without registration within the given deadline, students will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

Last date of application submission: 9th January 2023.

Admit Card Collection:
If you do not have the original exam admit card, then the admit card must be collected from the department.

Exam date & time : 13th January 2023 (Friday). Time: 5:30 PM to 9:40 PM (Course wise time slots have already
been published with the main exam routine).
An incomplete or incorrect application will not be granted.
