Greetings from the Proctor’s Office. We hope that you all are doing well.

In order to keep UU campus safe and secure for all of us, you are requested to follow the instructions below:

1. Always wear your ID card while you are at the campus. Just don’t keep it in your pocket or bag; please wear it.
2. Anyone keeping ID card in the pocket or bag will be subject to rigorous scrutiny.
3. Don’t give others your ID card. Giving others your ID card for actual or potential use is unethical and illegal. If anybody is found with your ID card, you will be punished/penalized. The punishment/penalty will be severe.
4. If your ID card is broken or lost, collect a replacement ID card without delay.
5. If anyone is found using fake ID card, the person will be handed over to the police for legal actions. Police support in this regard, especially on the occasion of “Baishakhi Parban” which is celebrated today, has been requested already.
