All concerned may kindly be informed that the National Productivity Organization (NPO) is a department under the Ministry of Industry. NPO regularly implements various activities including productivity training, consultancy, research, organizing workshops and other activities to achieve national economic growth through increasing productivity in various agricultural, industrial and service institutions of the country.

2. The Asian Productivity Organization (APO) is an inter-governmental regional organization. The main task of the organization is to contribute to increasing the productivity of its member countries of Asia Pacific (21 countries) including Bangladesh. The National Productivity Organization (NPO) serves as the focal point of APO in Bangladesh. Various activities undertaken by APO to increase productivity are implemented through NPO in Bangladesh.

3. As part of these activities, a publication titled ‘Inclusive Innovation Led Productivity’ will be published by the NPO under the ‘APO Vision 2025 Outreach’ program.
