A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Uttara University and Seagull Hotel, on 9 April 2025. Organized by the Office of External Affairs, the signing ceremony was graced by Professor Dr. Gour Gobinda Goswami, Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Mr. Mohammad Ali, Controller of Examinations, whose presence added warmth and significance to the event.

Representing Seagull Hotel were Mr. Imam Uddin Ahmed Saadi, General Manager of Sales & Marketing, and Mr. Mahbub Amin Nahiyan, Sales & Marketing Manager.
