Kazi Tareq Ullah is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business, Uttara University, where he also serves as the Dean(acting) of School of Business and the Director of the Office of Admission. He earned his Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) from York University, Canada, a top HR school in North America. Kazi is a Certified Human Resource Professional candidate and a member of the Human Resource Professional Association, Toronto Chapter, Ontario. He holds an MBA with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Marketing, as well as postgraduate diplomas in HRM from the UK. Kazi's academic excellence has been recognized with distinctions and awards, including the Vice-Chancellor's gold medal and Summa Cum Laude. He also received a best performance award from the Australian Academy of Business and Leadership in Sydney for his outstanding professional contributions. With nearly 16 years of university-level teaching experience, Kazi is also a seasoned training facilitator for various corporate houses, university clubs, and volunteer organizations. His research has been published in academic journals focusing on Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Marketing. Kazi has presented his work at numerous conferences, seminars, and symposiums in countries such as Canada, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and India. In addition to his academic roles, he has served as the Proctor of Uttara University.
