Greetings from the Office of the Proctor. I hope that you all are well. This letter is to inform you about a proctorial intervention.

Recently, evidence of an indecent and irresponsible behavior committed in the Uttara University cafeteria was made public. Based on the evidence, the concerned students were called on 20 May 2025 Tuesday to meet the proctorial team. Both of them admitted their faults and wrote an undertaking that they would refrain from such behavior in future. They were also given a warning letter by the Office of the Proctor which categorically states that recurrence of such behavior will result in serious damage to their academic career and social image.

The Office of the Proctor is thankful to the UU student community for their stance against counterproductive and destructive behavior.
