It has come to the attention of the university authority that some students are engaging in fundraising activities and participating in flood relief distribution efforts without obtaining prior permission from the university authority.
The university authority understands the desire to help those in need during such critical times.
All students are hereby instructed to take written permission from the university authority to organize or participate in any fundraising activities for flood relief and engage in any flood relief distribution activities outside the campus.
To seek approval, students are advised to contact the Office of Student Affairs with a detailed proposal of the intended activities.
Cooperation from all concerned is solicited in this regard.
