This is for information of all concerned that a committee has been formed by the university authority to find the ways and means to utilize classrooms and labs for Spring 2025 semester of Uttara University. The committee is as follows:

4. Mr. Mohammad Alauddin, Lecturer, Department of CSE – Member

5. Dr. Pranabananda Chakraborty, Deputy Director, Office of Student Services & Counselling – Member-Secretary

Terms of references:

1) Assess the current utilization of classrooms and laboratories across all faculties and departments;

2) Identify underutilized spaces, peak usage times, and any potential inefficiencies in space allocation;

3) Explore potential strategies for maximizing classroom and lab use without compromising the quality of education;

4) Recommend technological, logistical, or policy changes that could improve scheduling and access to these facilities;

5) Ensure that the university’s space utilization aligns with both current and future academic and research demands.

The committee may co-opt any teacher/ officer as and when required.
