As part of the Industry Attachment Program, 23 students from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Uttara University, accompanied by two faculty members and two officials from the Office of External Affairs, visited Grameenphone’s headquarters, GPHouse. The visit provided an immersive learning experience, offering students valuable insights into the company’s technological advancements and network management strategies.
The session commenced with a presentation by Grameenphone’s Technology team, detailing how they manage network infrastructure, ensure seamless connectivity, and drive innovation in the evolving telecom landscape. Following the presentation, students actively participated in a Q&A session, where they engaged with industry experts to gain deeper insights into emerging technologies and career opportunities in the sector.
Guided by a designated Grameenphone engineer, the students embarked on an exclusive tour of GPHouse, discovering its modern and innovative amenities and witnessing ; how the company integrates Innovative advancements in its operations. Another interactive Q&A session was held during the tour, allowing students to inquire further about Grameenphone’s technological ecosystem.


The visit concluded with an exploration of Grameenphone’s solar network initiative, demonstrating the company’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions and innovation in the telecom industry. This experience provided students with a well-rounded perspective on how technology is shaping the future of telecommunications and Grameenphone’s transformation into a TelcoTech leader.
