More than fifty (50) outgoing students of BBA program and eight (8) faculty members of the School of Business were present in a day-long workshop on “CV Writings, Interview Techniques and Presentation Skills”. The workshop was organized by the Uttara University Business Club (UUBC) and Center for Career Development (CCD) of the School of Business on 18 June 2021 Saturday and this program was sponsored by Andor Kanon. Mr. Mohammad Simul, the proud Alumni of the School of Business facilitated this workshop as a resource person. Mr. Simul has been serving as the Head of Human Resource and Admin, Energypac Electronics Ltd. He shared his enormous experiences on CV, interview techniques and presentation skills with our students. This workshop was pragmatic and interactive for our students. After the completion of CV writings and Interview technique session, students were divided into nine (9) groups and they presented their business plan. Along with the resource person, Kazi Tareq Ullah, Chairman of the Business Administration shared a few tricks and tips regarding presentation skills with the group of students. At the end of his speech, he acknowledged to Mr. Mohedul Islam and Md. Anisuzzaman for their tremendous effort behind the arrangement of this workshop. Respected Dean of SoB, Professor ASM Shahabuddin joined and delivered his inauguration speech at the morning session of this workshop. Besides, a few faculty members of SoB shared some points on presentation skills that they noted during the presentation of students. At the end of the session, three teams were announced as winners among nine (9) teams based on their presentation slides and their presentation skills on Business Plan by the Chairman Kazi Tareq Ullah and finally students received their certificates from resource person and faculty members of SoB.
