মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের র্স্টানর্ফোড বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক বিশ্বসেরা বিজ্ঞানীর তালিকায় বাংলাদেশের ৫৬ জন বিজ্ঞানী স্থান দখল করেছেন। সেই ৫৬ জনের মধ্যে আমাদের উত্তরা ইউনিভার্সিটির একজনের নাম আছে। অভিনন্দন Associate Professor Dr. Amimul Ahsan, Chairman, Department of Civil Engineering, Uttara University স্যারকে।
A milestone has been achieved:
Based on many different parameters (https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/btchxktzyw/2), an “Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators” (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pbio.3000918) has been published and the list was prepared by Stanford University, USA along with Research Intelligence, Elsevier. They assessed country-specific (i) ‘scientists for career-long citation impact up until the end of 2019’ and (ii) ‘scientists for citation impact during the single calendar year 2019’.
For the ‘scientists for citation impact during the single calendar year 2019’ category, 56 scientists were identified for Bangladesh
