IQAC of Uttara University organized a workshop on “Monitoring and Evaluation for Senior Management Officers of Uttara University” on 30 September 2018 in the IQAC Seminar Hall. The workshop was presided over by Director of IQAC, Prof. Dr. Debi Narayan Rudra Paul. Prof. Dr. H. M. Jahirul Haque, Vice Chancellor, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, facilitated the workshop as Keynote Speaker. Prof. Haque told that employees should not be monitored rather they should be guided. He also mentioned that evaluation criteria should be specific for all level of evaluation process and be unbiased for promotion and Increment. In addition, he discussed leadership traits and skills of the evaluators.
