As per directives of the university authority, all Deans, Chairpersons and coordinators are requested to conclude their respective Freshers’ Reception programs by sunset.
Additionally, during cultural events, it is requested that sound levels be kept within reasonable limits to avoid any inconvenience in the academic activities of other departments.
It has come to the authority’s attention that students have been affixing posters, balloons, and other materials on the walls, leading to potential damage and deterioration of university walls. To maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our premises, all Chairpersons are kindly requested to instruct their students to refrain from such activities.
Cooperation from all concerned in maintaining a disciplined, respectful and clean environment within the university campus is highly appreciated.
