Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Uttara University organized a day-long training on “Manners, Etiquette, Mindset, Discipline and Duties, Role and Responsibility of Office Attendant of Uttara University” for the Office Attendants of Uttara University on 16 September 2018 at the IQAC Seminar Hall. The purpose of the training is to enhance the quality of their service which is an integral part of the quality culture. Professor Mumtaz Begum, Treasurer of Uttara University was present as the Chief Guest at the Certificate Awarding Session of the program. A K M Mozammel Haque, Controller of Examination, Mr. Abdur Rahim Reza, Deputy Registrar, Mrs. Sharmin Akter, Deputy Controller of Examination and Dr. Pranabananda Chakraborty, Deputy Registrar were the resource person of the training. The training was presided over by Prof. Dr. D N R Paul, Director of IQAC, Uttara University. The Program was anchored and concluded with Vote of Thanks by the Additional Director of IQAC Mohammad Sharif Hossain. 60 Office Attendants of different departments of Uttara University attended the training.
