Self-Assessment Committee (SAC) of Department of Business Administration of Uttara University organized a day-long workshop on “Team Building” at the IQAC Seminar Hall of School of Business on 5 December 2015. Prof. Dr. Nazrul Islam conducted the workshop as a key resource person. Another resource person was Prof. Dr. Debi Narayan Rudra Paul, director of IQAC, Uttara University. All the faculty members were present in the workshop. The speakers focused on the importance of such value adding workshop for the faculty members of SOB. Mr. Kazi Tareq Ullah, Chairman, Department of Business Administration, Dr. Sharmina Afrin, Head of ‘SA committee’ of Department of Business Administration also delivered their valuable speech in the workshop. The participants opined at the need of the workshop in their evaluation that the workshop was highly value adding for their future career. At the end, Mr. Azmol Hossain, member of SA committee, thanked all the guests and the faculty members as well.
