Department of EEE, Uttara University completed the day-long master class on Machine Learning arranged by AI & Vision Group from the Career Development Program. Some energetic faculty members, students, and our Honorable Chairman Sir spent their weekends on 24 December 2022, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm for that master class.

The resource person of the master class was DR. SHAKOWAT ZAMAN SARKER, Associate Professor, and Chairman of DEEE, UU. The master class covers four Machine Learning modules under the supervision of the Honorable Chairman Sir, chief AI & Vision Group instructor.

Discussion and practice sessions on Exploratory Data Analysis, Data visualization, Understanding Data, Regression (Linear & Logistic), Support Vector Machine & Principal Component Analysis helped the participants to learn these modules properly. Students also cover K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, Random Forest & Naïve Bayes modules in previous classes. AI & Vision group would like to express the heartiest gratitude to our Honorable Chairman Sir and all the participants who made the crash course successful.
