School of Business of Uttara University organized a ‘Meet and Greet’ program for new students (55th Batch) on 21st August 2021 Saturday at 2.00 pm on Google Meet Platform. More than 31 freshmen students and 15 faculty members of the School of Business were present. Among the distinguished guests Mr. Mahamudul Hasan, Proctor of Uttara University was also present. The program started with the recitation from the Holy Quran. Associate Professor Mr. Kazi Tareq Ullah, Chairman, Dept. of Business Administration welcomed the freshmen students cordially. Assistant Professor Mr. Soeb Md. Shoayeb Noman, Coordinator of the BBA program conducted an academic briefing. Senior lecturer Mr. Md. Shanawaz Mostofa, Coordinator of the BBA program explained missing exams and emphasized what students should do in this regard. Jahid Hasan Akash, a senior student of the BBA Program showed the fresher practically how to use their digital account (ERP). Two fresh students named Nishat Sultana Shiuli and Imran Mahmud Kawsar expressed their feelings, expectations, and experiences regarding the School of Business and Uttara University. Rahima Akther and Md. Shahadat Hossain Shoaiv performed Urdu Gazal and Bengali songs respectively. Moderators of different clubs presented themselves in many different ways and urged the students to get involved in club activities. Cultural club members presented a covid-19 awareness video and an enjoyable cultural program. Professor Dr. ASM Shahabuddin, Dean, School of Business paid thanks to all concerned for participation and successful completion of the program. The entire program was hosted successfully by Mr. Md. Anisuzzaman and Ms. Sonia Rezina are assistant professors School of Business of Uttara University.
