Urgent Notice
All concerned are requested to ignore the mail (delivered on Sat, Sep 18, 8:58 PM) which asked for the collection of students’ Birth Registration Number for the purpose of Covid-19 vaccination. All chairpersons are requested to urge the students to provide their birth registration number within 23.09.2021 by following the link mentioned below. The link will be activated after 2:00 PM on 20 September 2021.

Your communication with students for this purpose shall contain the following categorized elements:
- Students given their NID numbers already: Please provide your birth registration number and upload the copy of the birth certificate.
- Students having NID but didn’t supply the number yet: Please provide your NID number and birth registration number, and upload copies of NID and birth certificate.
- Students not having their NID, but having birth registration certificate:
(a) Please provide your birth registration number and upload the copy of the birth certificate.
(b) After the completion of (a), take urgent initiative to get your NID, provide your NID number and upload the copy of NID.
- Students not having NID and birth registration certificate:
(a) Please immediately contact the respective office (Union Parishad/Councilor Office), collect the Birth Registration Certificate, provide your Birth Registration Number and upload the copy of the birth certificate.
(b) After the completion of (a), take urgent initiative to get your NID, provide your NID number and upload the copy of NID.
The UGC has urged to submit the above information of all the students aged 18 and above for Covid-19 vaccination purpose.
Therefore, all concerned are requested to cooperate in this regard.
