This is to inform all concerned that a Service Request Form has been introduced and uploaded to the Uttara University website under the Administration Menu > Office of Public Relations > Forms (Service Request Form Link: https://uttarauniversity.edu.bd/office-of-public-relations) to provide Public Relations Office-related services to all concerned of this university.

Should any individual, department, or office require the services of the Public Relations Office for any program or event, it is mandatory to fill out and submit the Service Request Form. The filled-in form must be submitted to the Public Relations Office at least three (3) working days before the program/event.

All concerned are requested to submit one copy of the Form to the Office of Public Relations and one copy to the Office of IT.

Cooperation of all concerned is solicited in adhering to this procedure to ensure smooth coordination and timely assistance from the PR Office.
